At CartIntel, operated under Red Eyes Studio, we strive to deliver an exceptional AI-driven copywriting and product positioning experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Digital Services & Token Consumption
CartIntel provides digital AI generation services. Due to the immediate computational costs (LLM API overhead and product URL analysis processing) incurred upon campaign generation, purchases and subscription refills are generally non-refundable once master tokens have been utilized.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% full refund within 14 days of initial plan purchase under the following strict conditions:
- You have NOT generated more than 2 campaigns (spent max 2 tokens) from your active plan balance.
- You experienced a persistent system bug or API failure that our technical team was unable to resolve within 48 hours.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your PRO subscription auto-renewal at any time directly through your account Settings in the Dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Auto-renewal will be immediately disabled for subsequent billing cycles.
- You retain full access to all PRO features and remaining tokens until the end of your current active billing cycle.
