TERMS OF SERVICE

01. Agreement Acceptance

By registering an account and using the CartIntel platform (including all applications, services, and software provided by RedEyesStudio), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these Terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform.

02. Subscription Models & Tokens

CartIntel utilizes a credit-token system linked directly to subscription status managed via Paddle:

• Free Plan: Refills up to 5 Standard tokens upon welcome. No automated refills apply.
• PRO Plan ($9/month): Grants Elite model access, Product URL Analyzer, competitive positioning analysis, and automatically refills up to 30 Premium tokens per billing period.
• PRO Booster Pack ($2.99 one-time): Refills an instant 20 PRO tokens. This requires an active PRO subscription tier to buy and use.

03. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our payment handling infrastructure is managed via Paddle (Paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is structurally responsible for financial transaction verification, billing period updates, taxes, and automatic cancellations under standard SaaS compliance regulations.

04. Cancellation & Refund Rules

You can trigger a subscription cancellation safely inside the application settings panel at any time.

• Once renewal is cancelled, your account will remain PRO Active and you will retain access to the Elite AI Model until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Tokens that have been processed and consumed inside our AI generation engine are non-refundable. Refund claims are governed strictly by Paddle's standard terms and conditions.

05. Permitted Use & Input Safety

You agree to use the CartIntel AI engine for legitimate marketing and copywriting goals. You are strictly forbidden from writing prompts or uploading parameters that contain malicious attacks, software bypass commands (Prompt Injection), or content that violates global legal policies.

06. Limitation of Liability

CartIntel, RedEyesStudio, and its engineers do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales growth, or performance metrics resulting from the ad copies or marketing strategies generated by the platform. All copy outputs are suggestions generated by machine learning models and must be vetted by the user.
